Mission
Ensure the correct implementation of the brand across trade shows, points of sale, and campaigns by planning and coordinating timelines and teams—in collaboration with Purchasing and Logistics—to ensure that decisions made by the Commercial department are executed on time and under the right conditions. The position will report directly to the Marketing and Communications Department.
Responsabilities
- Gather requirements from the Sales team and coordinate material production with the Design team.
- Manage production with the Purchasing department and track progress through to delivery.
- Keep material availability status up to date on the internal platform.
- Respond promptly to sales opportunities by coordinating the relevant teams.
- Develop action plans and schedules for trade shows, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage relationships with event organizers and handle administrative procedures.
- Coordinate stand design and construction, ensuring accurate brand representation.
- Manage payments and coordinate shipments and customs procedures with the Logistics department.
- Coordinate project execution with Purchasing, Logistics, Design, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Prepare project briefs and manage approval workflows with management.
- Oversee the events and campaigns calendar, anticipating potential issues.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in trade marketing, events, or project coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of English proficiency; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital management and tracking tools.
- Experience in foreign trade, customs, and sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG is a plus.
- Availability for occasional travel to domestic and international trade shows.
