Technical Purchasing Assistant Internship

Mission

Support the Purchasing Department in the procurement management of materials and products, collaborating in supplier relations, order follow-up, cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

Responsabilities

Support in the procurement management of raw materials and packaging, collaborating in identifying needs, searching for alternatives, and contacting suppliers.
Learn and assist in requesting and comparing supplier quotations, updating cost databases, and collaborating in market research and purchasing forecasts.
Assist in placing purchase orders with suppliers and preparing the necessary documentation for domestic and import operations.
Collaborate in managing relationships with freight forwarders and logistics companies to contribute to an efficient supply chain.
Manage relationships with freight forwarders and logistics companies to ensure an efficient supply chain.
Support the management of supplier incidents, claims regarding late or non-compliant goods, and follow-up on corrective actions.
Participate in preparing information related to suppliers, purchasing, and materials.

Requirements

University Degree student / Vocational Training student in Business Administration, International/Foreign Trade, Logistics, Transport, or similar fields.
Language skills, especially English or another language, will be considered an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet tools.

Conditions

Internship agreement with the educational institution / university.
Working hours to be determined according to the agreement and the availability of the selected candidate.
