People & Organization Technician


Mission

Assist in the organization's People Management / Human Resources processes by supporting the recruitment, hiring, and training of the personnel required, as well as handling the administrative procedures related to the responsibilities of the People Department. Additionally, contribute to the implementation of people development policies across the organization's different functional areas.

Responsabilities

  • Manage administrative processes related to employee onboarding, employment lifecycle, and offboarding.
  • Support the implementation of the company's people development policies.
  • Respond to employees' needs and provide day-to-day HR support.
  • Coordinate employment administration in collaboration with external HR and payroll consultants.
  • Monitor attendance records, working hours, leave requests, and employee incidents.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job requisitions, candidate sourcing, and selection processes.
  • Manage the issuance, distribution, and record-keeping of workwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Handle the administrative coordination of employee training and internship programmes.
  • Monitor and manage workplace accidents in coordination with the occupational accident insurance provider.
  • Plan and coordinate occupational health medical examinations and Health & Safety (OSH) training in collaboration with the occupational health service.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • English proficiency: minimum B2 level (certification required).
  • Additional training in Human Resources and Occupational Health & Safety (OSH) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
