Mission
Organize and coordinate laboratory activities and the sampling plan, conducting tests and analyses on raw materials, materials, and products, aimed at quality control.
Responsabilities
- Preparation and periodic review of: raw material specifications, finished product specifications, analysis methods, technical requirements/documentation according to applicable legislation, certificates of analysis and stability tests.
- Analysis of raw materials, packaging material, and finished products.
- Carrying out analytics for the study of process deviations and/or complaints.
- Evaluation of deviations in results in analytical methods.
- Scheduling and sampling instructions.
- Conducting sampling.
- Selection and approval of new raw material suppliers.
- Execution of organoleptic tests of raw materials and finished products.
- Execution of physicochemical and microbiological tests of raw materials, packaging material, and finished products.
- Maintenance and updating of current legislation in Quality Control.
- Drafting of internal SOPs.
Requirements
- Degree: Higher Vocational Training in Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control.
Valuable Higher Degree in Industrial Chemistry.
- Experience: minimum 3 years in a similar position.
- Level of English: B1.
- Proficiency in office software and internet.
- Experience in handling ICP-OES.
- Proficiency in instrumentation:
- Chromatography.
- Volumetry.
- Spectrophotometry.
- Refractometry.
- Physical Testing
