Mission
Ensure the efficient and timely supply of materials and products by managing relationships with suppliers and other departments to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality.
Responsabilities
- Create and manage national and international purchase orders, negotiating delivery times with suppliers and evaluating alternatives if necessary.
- Inventory and stock control. Monitor stock levels and conduct inventory checks, implementing tracking and traceability systems.
- Logistics coordination of orders: management of transportation, dispatch, delivery, and follow-up to ensure compliance in a timely manner.
- Plan and coordinate material flows with other departments, scheduling deliveries and deadlines to avoid deviations.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders and logistics companies to ensure an efficient supply chain, and prepare necessary documents for customs clearance.
- Handle incidents with suppliers, claiming goods that are delayed or non-compliant and seeking effective solutions.
- Prepare evaluation reports of the supply plan, proposing improvements to optimize processes and costs.
Requirements
- University degree / Vocational Training in Business Administration or International/Foreign Trade.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in specific programs for the position: Preactor and Mapex is a plus.
- English level C1. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Internet.
