Senior Industrial Engineering Technician


Mission

Execute tasks related to factory maintenance. Coordinate internal and external resources for maintenance activities, documentation, and recording of completed work, and manage relationships with suppliers.

Responsabilities

• Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery and facilities.
• Organise work shifts and support the technical maintenance team.
• Design and monitor performance KPIs for the area.
• Prioritise tasks and maintain communication with various departments.
• Enhance and supervise maintenance planning.
• Keep technical documentation of equipment and installations up to date.
• Lead improvement projects in performance and energy efficiency.
• Define the maintenance strategy for each production line.
• Provide documentation support during audits.
• Manage equipment calibrations and contracts with external service providers.
• Prepare technical specifications for purchasing or new installations.
• Identify and monitor environmental and occupational risks associated with the area.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (Industrial Management, Mechanical, or Electronics).
• English level: B2–C1.
