Regulatory Affairs Technician (M/F/X)


Mission

Ensure regulatory compliance of raw materials and final products, guaranteeing adherence to legal and technical requirements for commercialization in different countries.

Responsabilities

  • Prepare technical and registration dossiers in accordance with regulations and legal requirements of various countries where products are marketed.
  • Register, renew, and modify products in the relevant country’s registry.
  • Provide technical support for regulatory inquiries from clients or health authorities.
  • Regulatory and scientific-technical validation of raw materials.
  • Prepare, review, and correct product packaging requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and modify documentation for product notification and market entry.
  • Coordinate and communicate regulatory support with various departments.
  • Assist in both internal and external audits.
  • Maintain and update current legislation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy or other Health and Science degrees (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science and Technology).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role managing product registration processes.
  • Language requirements: English level B2 minimum; other languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with scientific databases.
  • High proficiency in office software and ERP systems.
