Mission
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the proper functioning of implemented systems and in the review of equipment and facilities.
Responsabilities
- Application of specific requirements for the Implemented Management Systems (GMP, ISO, Environment, IFS, Safety, etc.).
- Review of Manufacturing Orders. Design of Manufacturing Orders according to GMP regulations.
- Review of Cleaning Orders. Design of Cleaning Orders according to GMP regulations.
- Ensure production operations are carried out according to the Modus Operandi. Documentation and Evaluation of Non-Conformities/Deviations during the Manufacturing Process.
- Investigation and resolution of incidents in the production process.
- Supervision and control of compliance with hygiene, safety, and occupational risk prevention (ORP) regulations.
- Provide training courses for new hires (ORP, quality, and hygiene).
- Daily management of Occupational Risk Prevention: document control, PPE, liaising with the External Prevention Service, supporting colleagues on ORP matters, conducting ORP audits, etc.
Requirements
- University degree in a scientific field related to the company’s activities.
- Postgraduate degree in Quality is an advantage.
- Training and/or knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, IFS, HACCP, ORP, and Safety.
- Knowledge of applicable legislation.
- Training in food handling.
- Advanced proficiency in office software, Microsoft Office, and Internet.
- English level: minimum B2.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
