Supervise and control production processes and associated personnel to ensure timely and proper manufacturing, maintaining product quality at all times.
Maintain effective communication with production colleagues and other departments regarding incidents, changes, resource needs, etc.
Make decisions related to production processes and associated personnel as needed, within the framework of our priorities and protocols.
Responsabilities
Manage and supervise Manufacturing Orders and Cleaning Orders.
Verify accurate recording of data in production documentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety and occupational risk prevention (ORP) standards by personnel.
Provide support to operators during production.
Monitor, control, and validate the production process, checking parameters.
Coordinate with logistics: internal supply for production and dispatch of products for storage and/or shipment.
Assist and engage in continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Postgraduate studies in Quality are desirable.
Training and knowledge of GMP regulations.
Training in food handling.
High proficiency in office software and ERP systems.
Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Internet.
English proficiency: minimum B2 level.
At least three years of experience in a similar role.
