Mission
Ensure the execution of production in a timely and accurate manner, controlling the quality of manufacturing. Maintain smooth communication with Production managers regarding incidents, changes, resource needs, etc.
Responsabilities
- Manage and supervise Manufacturing Orders and Cleaning Orders.
- Verify the correct registration of data in production documentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) for personnel.
- Assist operators during production.
- Monitor, control, and validate the production process and verify parameters.
- Coordinate with logistics: internal supplies for production and product dispatch for storage and/or shipment.
- Take internal samples for the laboratory.
Requirements
- Industrial Chemical Engineering or a university degree related to the field.
- Postgraduate degree in Quality is a plus.
- Training and knowledge of GMP regulations.
- Training in food handling.
- Advanced proficiency in office software and ERP systems.
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office and Internet.
- English level: minimum B2.
- At least three years of experience in a similar role.
