National Sales Technical Staff
Mission
To manage and coordinate the logistical and administrative tasks related to national sales orders, ensuring proper communication and collaboration with the sales teams and distributors.
Responsabilities
- Coordinate the logistical and administrative tasks derived from national sales orders for sales representatives and clients.
- Set up and maintain customer, product, and pricing information in the ERP system.
- Manage national orders from sales delegates and clients, including reviewing conditions and entering them into the ERP.
- Process website orders, both national and international.
- Liaise and coordinate with transport agencies for shipment tracking, dispatch allocation, and incident management.
- Issue invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, and verify payments.
- Manage commercial risk in coordination with the finance department and request approval for orders exceeding the assigned credit limit.
- Notify sales staff of stock shortages affecting current orders and monitor timely and proper delivery. Handle customer calls, resolve queries and incidents.
- Manage and analyse customer returns.
- Provide support in the preparation of products, materials, and merchandising for national fairs and events.
- Work directly with the Head of Sales Administration.
Requirements
- Vocational Training (Advanced Level) in Commerce or Marketing.
- Knowledge of the Navision ERP system is an asset.
- Minimum English level: B1 (B2 is an advantage).
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in office software and internet use.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills.
