Internships in the People / Human Resources Department


Mission

Assist in the management process of people / human resources of the organization to achieve the selection, hiring, and training of the necessary personnel, as well as learning the administrative procedures related to the functions carried out by the People / HR department. In addition, participate in the implementation of personnel development policies in the different functional areas of the organization.

Responsabilities

  • Acquire knowledge about the administrative management of processes related to the recruitment, maintenance, and termination of individuals within the organization.
  • Participate in the implementation of the company's People Development policies.
  • Collaborate with addressing the needs and requirements of the collaborators.
  • Participate in monitoring compliance and recording attendance, permissions, and incidents.
  • Provide support in the management of requests, recruitment, and selection of candidates.
  • Provide support in the custody, delivery, and registration of clothing and PPEs.
  • Learning about the management and control of accident rates, medical examinations, and training in occupational risk prevention (PRL), in coordination with the mutual and the health surveillance service.

Requirements

  • Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources or similar (Business Administration, Psychology…).
  • Valuable complementary training in HR and OSH.
  • Domain of information technology tools.
