Export Technician (M/F/X)

Mission

Ensure the completion of logistics and documentary tasks related to international trade.

Responsabilities

  • Administrative management of contracts in the international area.
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders and logistics companies.
  • Prepare the documentation required for international logistics.
  • Process orders from customers in foreign countries.
  • Review conditions and record orders in the database.
  • Issue export invoices.
  • Assist in the preparation of statistical analyses.
  • Logistical control of international merchandise.

Requirements

  • University degree or higher vocational training.
  • Training in Business Administration, International Trade, or Logistics.
  • Experience in a similar position is desirable.
  • B2 level of English.
  • Proficiency in other languages (French and German) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in office software and internet tools.
Other knowledge/skills:
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to meeting goals.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
