Product Specialist.


Mission

We are seeking a Product Specialist in Medical Devices, Food Supplements, and Cosmetics with a strong scientific background to manage the scientific documentation of our products and develop promotional, training, and communication materials that strengthen our brand identity and strategy. The ideal candidate is eager to build a career in product marketing within MARNYS. Their role will be essential in ensuring accurate, consistent, and commercially aligned communication across all product-related activities.

Responsabilities

  • Scientific Documentation: Search, collect, analyze, and synthesize scientific studies, clinical trials, and relevant data to provide robust scientific support for food supplements.
  • Promotional Materials: Develop marketing materials such as catalogs, technical data sheets, sales aids, and presentations for the sales team and other internal stakeholders.
  • Content and Publications: Review and edit content for the company blog, magazines, press releases, and marketplace platforms, ensuring scientific accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Training: Create educational and training materials for the commercial team and other internal departments.
  • Brand Strategy: Actively collaborate with Product Management in defining product positioning, key messages, product launches, and marketing timelines.
  • Coordination and Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with the graphic design and regulatory affairs teams to ensure that all materials meet deadlines, comply with applicable regulations, and adhere to internal quality standards.

  • Marketing Performance Monitoring: Track marketing KPIs and collect feedback from the sales team to support continuous improvement and optimize product communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
  • Additional training in digital marketing, nutrition/food science, or food supplements will be considered an asset.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally within the healthcare, nutrition, food supplements, food industry, or pharmacy sectors.
  • Previous experience in developing promotional materials, technical content, or training materials is desirable.
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
Other Knowledge / Skills:
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for both scientific and commercial content.
  • Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into clear, compelling messages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard productivity tools.
  • Basic design skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, creativity, and teamwork abilities.
  • Native or near-native Spanish and a high level of English (preferably B2–C1).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Adaptability and a continuous learning mindset. Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills. Responsibility, initiative, and a results-driven approach.
