Production Process Control Technician
Mission
Supervise and control production processes and the associated personnel to ensure manufacturing is carried out on time and according to specifications, while guaranteeing product quality at all times.
Maintain smooth communication with other production colleagues and departments regarding incidents, changes, resource needs, etc.
Make decisions regarding production processes and associated personnel as required at any given time, within the framework of company priorities and protocols.
Responsabilities
- Management and supervision of Manufacturing Orders and Cleaning Orders.
- Verification of the correct recording of data in production documentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and occupational health and safety regulations by personnel.
- Support and assistance to operators during production.
- Monitoring, controls, and validations of the production process, including parameter verification.
- Coordination with logistics: internal supplies for production and product dispatch for storage and/or shipment.
- Support and involvement in the continuous improvement of processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering or a related university qualification.
- Postgraduate studies in Quality Management will be considered an asset.
- Training and knowledge of GMP regulations.
- Food handling certification/training.
- High level of proficiency in office software and ERP systems.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Internet use.
- English level: minimum B2.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position.
