Mission
Assist in the organization's people management/human resources process to ensure the selection, hiring, and training of necessary personnel, as well as complete administrative procedures related to the functions performed by the Human Resources Department. Additionally, participate in the implementation of people development policies across the organization's various functional areas.
Responsabilities
- Administrative management of processes related to the incorporation, maintenance, and disengagement of people from the organization.
- Implementation of the company's people development policies.
- Attention to the needs and requirements of employees.
- Administrative labor management in coordination with external consulting.
- Compliance control and recording of presence, permits, and incidents.
- Support in managing applications, recruiting, and selecting candidates.
- Custody, delivery and registration of clothing and PPE.
- Administrative processing of training and academic internships.
- Control and management of accidents in coordination with the accident insurance company.
- Planning and management of medical examinations and occupational health and safety training in coordination with the health surveillance service.
Requirements
- Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources or similar.
- English level: minimum B2 (certificate).
- Additional training in HR and occupational risk prevention is valuable.
- Mastery of HR management software tools and Power BI.
- Experience in a similar position is valuable.
