Mission
To assist in the registration and control process of financial accounting and treasury for the group of companies.
Responsabilities
- Reception and classification of financial information.
- Management of daily accounting (entries, invoices, bank reconciliations, etc.).
- Compliance with internal organizational norms and procedures.
- Ordering, filing, controlling, and managing office supplies.
- Submission of taxes and official communications.
Requirements
- Advanced Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) / University Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE).
- Specific training in Administration and Finance.
- Intermediate English level is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial management software tools.
- No prior experience in a similar role is required.
